Thoughts

Dear Jeremy and Hilary, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Your mum was a very special lady. I will always treasure the times I spent at your house, as a child, baking with your mum, sewing with her or playing in your beautiful garden at Goldney Road. My mum loved your mum dearly and missed her dreadfully when my parents moved to Germany. As I grew older and had my own children your mum was always interested in hearing about them and we would often have such lovely conversations on the phone. Sadly, living in Devon, I didn't get to see as much of your mum and dad as I would have wished to, but whenever we did meet it was a very treasured time with lots of joy and laughter shared. The last few years have been tough for you both but enabling your mum and dad to spend their latter years in a beautiful family home surrounded by those they loved was a fitting end for such a great couple. Dear Barbara and Jim, thank you for all the love and laughter. You have a special place in my heart. Judy x

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are. Speak to me in the easy way which you always used. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
